Hello! My name is V.C. Marello and this is Wicked Webs In My Mind, my personal blog about my stories, book summaries, reviews, and random thoughts. The characters from my stories constantly haunt my mind and throw temper tantrums, keeping me awake at night until I listen to them about their lives, world, and challenges.

My goal for this site is to share my experience going from a story concept to a fully developed story. The “What If…” is the beginning. I then work the story forward and backward, building a skeleton of a structure. Finally, I throw flesh over it. It is at this point the characters start to come to life. They dictate to me who they are and why they are part of the story. This is only the beginning of the crazy things I’ve experienced along my path of telling stories.
